The PDF says Tesla did not patch existing systems, but designed new ones from first principles, shedding inherited assumptions and harnessing nature’s forces. Wainfan applies those principles to governance by exploring a model based on resonant collaboration, a Vision, a Declaration of Transcendence, a draft Governance Constitution, and a community structure where harming the community is structurally irrational.
The model described includes bonded stake as self-insurance, automatic deductions for measurable harms, and access to the community commons contingent on that stake. It envisions communities of 150 people or fewer designed from first principles: freedom, creativity, connectedness, sovereignty, and voluntary connection.
