Moray B. King presents Simple ZPE Device from an Electrolyzer. The presentation explains a principle for running an engine from electrolyzer gas: dislodging bubbles from electrolyzer plates while they are still tiny and sub-micron in size.

The PDF describes these bubbles as strong because they cocoon a net charge, with polarized water molecules forming the bubble membrane around the trapped interior charge. Once inside an engine’s internal combustion chamber, King says the bubbles support the formation of sub-micron plasmoids related to Ken Shoulders’ exotic vacuum objects, or EVOs.

His presentation references inventors who purportedly ran cars and generators from water, including Charles Garrett, Archie Blue, and Stephan Barrie Chambers, and focuses on operating principles such as air flow, coil effects, turbulence, narrow inter-plate gaps, rough electrode surfaces, and kilohertz square wave excitation.

Moray King is described as an internationally known physicist, author, and speaker specializing in zero-point energy, Tesla technology, and quantum physics. His books include Tapping the Zero-Point Energy, Water: The Key to New Energy, Quest for Zero-Point Energy, and The Energy Machine of T. Henry Moray.
