Dr. Thorsten Ludwig presents Magnetic Motor-Generator Measurements and ZPE, reporting measurements and tests on real hardware based on the magnetic motor-generator concepts of Raymond Kromrey and John Bedini, along with ideas from Ludwig and others.

The presentation includes different configurations of fields and hardware designs, including tests on large and small prototypes, some producing up to 3 kW. Ludwig introduces zero-point energy and quantum field theory in an understandable way and discusses the connection between magnetism and the sea of quantum energy called ZPE.

He has researched zero-point energy for almost 30 years and has conducted numerous experiments. The talk covers how ZPE can be transformed into real forces, the relationship between ZPE and magnetism, the magnetic Casimir effect, and long-term projects involving Casimir forces, structured surfaces, and consciousness.

Dr. Ludwig is a physicist and summa cum laude graduate of the Technical University of Berlin. He co-founded the Berlin Institute for Innovative Energy and Propulsion Technologies, where his team explores catalytic hydrogen, plasma systems, magnetic motors, and solid-state energy conversion.

As President of the German Association for Space Energy, he promotes exploration into space-based and vacuum energy, contributes to QFEXT workshops, and is building a precision Casimir experiment in his Berlin lab.
